This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree to take sole responsibility for all content streamed or stored on your server. BellOnline is in no way liable for any action taken against any client as a result of the content of their stream. You may not use services from BellOnline to transmit any illegal material as defined by UK, EU or US law, such as the transmission of copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner(s). This also includes cracks, serials, illegal porn, slanderous material and any other illegal material.
Adult content is not allowed unless agreed in advance with BellOnline.
You may not advertise your stream by spamming.
You may not falsify information about your stream in any way, this includes using description, bitrate, genre or listener counts that do not reflect the actual content or listener count.
You may not hide advertisements in any way, they fund your use of the service. BellOnline reserves the right to add, remove or change advertisements on the station page and/or stream.
You may not stream content at a higher bitrate than 128kbps without prior permission.
If you are found to be using your account in such away as to affect other users on the server, your account may be suspended without notice or additional restrictions applied.
Bandwidth is not guaranteed, uptime is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to terminate any account for any reason at any time.
